To test LinuxPPS, please, use simpler tools like "ppstest.c". Once you
are sure LinuxPPS works correctly then start using NTPD.

You are using an old LinuxPPS version, please update to the last one
(2.2.0).

Here are the commands that NTPD sends to LinuxPPS but I do NOT see the
PPS events! Remeber that the userland application sometimes has to
send some special commands to the GPS antenna in order to enable PPS
signal. Have you enabled the PPS support for your NTPD'sspecific
driver?
