So I compiled 2.6.19 again.
Took the patch from Rodolfo's site (it was identical to my GIT patch but
just to be sure).
No change. /proc stays 0.
[root at epia ~]# cat /proc/pps/0?/*

It is not the links in /dev:

[root at epia linux]# cd /dev
[root at epia dev]# ls -l *ps*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 10 Dec  6 18:14 gps0 -> /dev/ttyS0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 10 Dec  6 18:14 pps0 -> /dev/ttyS0

How can I find out the cause?
What can I do more to find out what is wrong?

Is my GPS toast?
Is it a bug?
A config problem?

Need my .config?
