[LinuxPPS] weird behaviour again

I was reading too quickly over my email. (I was reading it remotely)
Did not see it was not for my specific issue. Sorry.

Yet ntpd does see pps and show reachable status of 377 for gps when it
gets power and there is reception?
Also config has been checked recently but can do again toworrow.
