Replaced the VIA Epia CL6000 board in my Firewall for a VIA Epia EK8000.
I had to recompiel the kernel and a few rpms because of the different
CPU and optimisation. In the short duration that this new board has been
runnign I notice better performance:

So what does this say? Still at 2.6.18.1. Still with the Garmin GPS 18.
