Of course if you are using the new API (version 4.x). If you are still
using the old one (version 3.x) you should use file
timepps.h.old.nl.API (which holds the same code of timepps.h).

Sorry for this duplicate code/names, but currently I have no time to
update the documentation on the wiki to the new LinuxPPS 4.x
series. :'(
