Today I managed to build ntp 4.2.4, the ntpd I was using before going to
kernel 2.6.21 and ntp 4.2.4p0.
In the graphs I see no difference, not the old behaviour of more
accuracy but I need more time to be sure.

So if it is the kernel: what could I do?
Post my .config?
Review which settings?
