i got following outputs for ntptime. but no info about PPS_Frequency,PPS_SYNC etc?

[root at localhost log]# ntptime
ntp_gettime() returns code 0 (OK)
  time cacb3d08.51d0c000  Thu, Oct 25 2007 21:34:24.319, (.319592),
  maximum error 4321 us, estimated error 111 us
ntp_adjtime() returns code 0 (OK)
  modes 0x0 (),
  offset -457.000 us, frequency -143.285 ppm, interval 1 s,
  maximum error 4321 us, estimated error 111 us,
  status 0x1 (PLL),
  time constant 4, precision 1.000 us, tolerance 512 ppm,

So, please tell me what to do next.if its ok how to check accuracy?

thanks,
