Latest LinuxPPS version is 5.x.x-rc2.

The related patch is against kernel 2.6.23-rc2.

Warining! Currently I published __no__ NTP patches for LinuxPPS 5.x.x
(since nobody send them to me :), so you have to check if your
refclock code correctly supports LinuxPPS.

At the moment I know that only refclock PARSE should do this...
