[LinuxPPS] NMEA patch

I noticed that ntpd-4.2.4p4 had GPS-NMEA support, do I still need to
patch the 4.2.4p4 source with the nmea patch on the wiki? Or should I
downgrade NTP software to the stated 4.2.4p2?
