[LinuxPPS] kernel does not see PPS on serial port

In the meantime I found the jupiter patch source, this is a readme file
from an earlier linuxpps from you:

Here is a patch from Nicolas Turro <Nicolas.Turro at inrialpes.fr> for
"refclock_jupiter" NTPD driver in order to allow it to works with
linuxPPS support.
