[LinuxPPS] [alpha PATCH] Low level IRQ support.

2.6.24.4 (running here perfectly) was already patched with the -ter-patch.

Then I applied:

remco at helium [/usr/src/linux-2.6.24.4]> sudo patch -p1 < ~/attachment.patch

patching file drivers/pps/Kconfig
patching file drivers/pps/clients/ktimer.c
patching file drivers/pps/kapi.c
patching file include/linux/parport.h
Hunk #1 FAILED at 523.

patching file include/linux/pps.h
patching file include/linux/serial_core.h
Hunk #1 FAILED at 490.
