I have applied ntp-pps-2.6.28-rc6-ter.diff to linux-2.6.29 and fixed
the hunks that failed. Here is the resulting patch, which now applies
cleanly:

Please note that this is not in any way an official linuxpps patch. I
did it for my personal use, and I'm only posting it in the hope that
someone else may find it usefull. No warranties, of course. :-)
