[LinuxPPS] ntptime status

Hello Udo,

okay, the output seams normal, so can you confirm, that the output of
ntptime from the 2.4.33 ppskit is equal to the one which I get now?
And simply the behaviour of the status codes have changed?

In the past, this status 0x2107 (PLL,PPSFREQ,PPSTIME,PPSSIGNAL,NANO) has
always been a kind of guarantee, that the build had been successfully.
