[LinuxPPS] ntp-dev-4.2.5p158 & Udo's NMEA patch - updated

Hi Folks!,

I worked on Udo's patch to make it apply for the latest
ntp-dev. Unfortunately I lost the complete work when the Linux box was
formatted in my absence :-(

Hope to make the final patch ready in March! as I'm quite busy
with official work. The patch may not be part of next stable release
of ntp (4.2.6). But looking forward to include it the next stable-release
4.2.8.

Whats is the status of LinuxPPS inclusion in the Kernel?
