[LinuxPPS] correct a wiki entry

I've found a wrong wiki entry on:
http://wiki.enneenne.com/index.php/LinuxPPS_NTPD_support#Atom_PPS_Clock_Discipline_.28refclock_atom_-_driver_22.29

"fudge 127.127.22.1 flag flag2 1"
should be:
"fudge 127.127.22.1 flag2 1"

Someone with write access should correct that ;-)
