[LinuxPPS] pps: new version "5.3.5" released.

I have applied the 9 patches to 2.6.31, and have run my first test.

In this test I can open /dev/ttyS0
             I can open /dev/pps1   (this is correct when following
                                     the path thru the /sys directory)

but the call to time_pps_create fails.

This is the first of the PPSAPI routines called, so there is something
seriously (but probably trivial to fix) wrong.
