[LinuxPPS] The final step...

Hi,

I've got a system that just can't seem to make the final step to a working
LinuxPPs.

I've got a Fedora Rawhide kernel 2.6.31-33 which has been recompiled with
the patches that Rodolfo sent to the list last week. I've enabled the PPS
support and debugging and the IRQ timestamping.

On reboot I run modprobe pps_core and pps_ldisc, ld attach 18 /dev/ttyS2 and
/dev/ttyS0 (ttyS2 is where the GPS is attached, ttyS0 is where I have
connected the PPS signal with a jumper lead through an oscilloscope).

There's a dmesg output here: http://pastebin.com/m3c8afcc4

There is definitely a pps signal on the DCD pin on the serial port but
/sys/class/pps/pps0/assert has 0.000000#0 in it.

Have you got any hints on where I can look to find out what's wrong?
