I'd like both PPS and the NMEA ref-clock. Bug 610 that you reference above
was fixed in NTP version 4.2.5p237-RC. I'm now running version 4.2.7p20
and it still does not seem to be working.

I think I have only the PPS line configured in NTP. How do I get the
NMEA ref-clock as well? Here's my ntp.conf:

server 127.127.20.0 prefer minpoll 4
fudge 127.127.20.0 flag1 1 flag3 1 flag2 0 time1 0.0

And here's example output from ntpq -p
cs438 at cs438-desktop:~/download/cs438/ntpd/ntp-dev-4.2.7p20$ ntpq -p

remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset
jitter

*GPS_NMEA(0) .GPS. 0 l 13 16 377 0.000 112397.
