Good idea. (Actually I had no example configuration to copy.)

Now other ntp server is configured also.

However NMEA sentences are not available.
I have a Trimble Acutime 2000 receiver that speaks TSIP (Trimble
Standard Interface Protocol) this is why I wanted to use ntpd driver 43
(RIPE NCC interface for Trimble Palisade).
Yes, the device could be reconfigured to use NMEA but
at this moment I have no possibility to do this.
Moreover the User's Guide states:
  Port B can also be configured to transmit NMEA packets, but these
  packets are not guaranteed to be sent within 30 milliseconds after the
  PPS output.
Therefore I want to use TSIP anyway.
I'll hack driver 43 to use the actual LinuxPPS API.
