Oooops.
I'm afraid some peoples will copy the sample config char-by-char
| server 127.127.43.0     # RIPENCC
| fudge 127.127.43.0 time1 0.0002
| fudge 127.127.43.0 stratum 13

It should be change to
| server 127.127.43.0     # RIPENCC
| # fudge 127.127.43.0 time1 0.0002	# if needed
| # fudge 127.127.43.0 stratum 13	# just for testing purpuses

Is there any way to register on wiki.enneenne.com?
I would do the necessary corrections myself as well as
adding further notices.
(I got 8 months deep experiences with mediawiki. :)

Must be also fixed.
