Builds a bit better.
Booted into ts13.

How do I verify that kernel consumer is working?

Currently I see:

# ntptime
ntp_gettime() returns code 5 (ERROR)
  time cfab1e90.05e8c478  Sat, May 29 2010  7:03:12.023, (.023083827),
  maximum error 143549 us, estimated error 117 us
ntp_adjtime() returns code 5 (ERROR)
  modes 0x0 (),
  offset -3324.739 us, frequency -100.691 ppm, interval 4 s,
  maximum error 143549 us, estimated error 117 us,
  status 0x2007 (PLL,PPSFREQ,PPSTIME,NANO),
  time constant 6, precision 0.001 us, tolerance 500 ppm,
  pps frequency -74.032 ppm, stability 0.000 ppm, jitter 0.000 us,
  intervals 0, jitter exceeded 0, stability exceeded 0, errors 0.

Do I need to recompile ntpd?
What is the error?
