I used the timepps.h from
http://github.com/ago/pps-tools/raw/master/timepps.h  and still get
ERRORs from ntptime.
This could be due to the dependence on PPS_KC_BIND from
/usr/include/linux/pps.h:
#define PPS_KC_BIND             _IOW('p', 0xa5, struct pps_bind_args *)

Not good?

Or what is wrong?
