It should mention MOD_NANO, as pointed out in

The bug was introduced by renaming MOD_NANO internally in the kernel
sources to ADJ_NANO along with a bunch of other MOD_ to ADJ_
renamings, but overlooking providing a #define MOD_NANO ADJ_NANO in
timex.h to preserve compatibility with the standard names for
userspace, as I recall.
