[LinuxPPS] blinking a led on a GPIO pin triggered by PPS pulse?

Hi,

I created pps2gpio.
It pulses a GPIO pin (on e.g. an embedded Linux system like the
raspberry pi or cubieboard) triggered by a PPS source. Useful when your
external PPS source doesn't have a LED or if you want to measure the
userspace latency for PPS processing.
