[LinuxPPS] [PATCH] parallel port support

Hello,

here my patch for parallel ports support. Please __note__ that I have
no hardware to test the code so the patch should be tested by someone!

To get the patch just use GIT (branch "dev_lp_support") or apply the
patch at
   http://ftp.enneenne.com/pub/misc/linuxpps/patches/ntp-pps-2.6.19.dev_lp_support.diff

Please, post some feedbacks.
