Currently I still to know if lp support works... I have no hardware to test it.

Meanwhile, the discussion about open() or not open() the parent device
for the PPS sources connected with the serial ports seems to me that
is better using 'cat' from userland. :)

Also I'm still waiting some considerations from Dave Jones from
RedHat. I think that if RedHat will adopt LinuxPPS we are a lot
possibilities for kernel inclusion, aren't we? ;)
