I am running linux-2.6.27-rc1 patched with ntp-pps-2.6.27-rc1.diff with
the following results about 90 minutes after booting the new kernel:

 $ ntpq -p
     remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset jitter
==============================================================================
+GPS_NMEA(0)     .GPS.            0 l   10   16  177    0.000   -0.252   0.008
oPPS(0)          .PPS.            0 l   12   16  177    0.000   -0.253   0.007

 $ ntptime
ntp_gettime() returns code 0 (OK)
  time cc4051a2.10e9c44c  Sun, Aug  3 2008 10:47:46.066, (.066067277),
  maximum error 1263 us, estimated error 4 us, TAI offset 0
ntp_adjtime() returns code 0 (OK)
  modes 0x0 (),
  offset -244.740 us, frequency 2.462 ppm, interval 1 s,
  maximum error 1263 us, estimated error 4 us,
  status 0x2001 (PLL,NANO),
  time constant 4, precision 0.001 us, tolerance 500 ppm,

This is comparable to linux-2.6.26 patched with ntp-pps-2.6.26.diff
running on the same hardware.
