May be this is the part I missed.
Despite dmesg showed int enabled, putting the pps-signal to 
ACK, /proc/interrupts showed no increasing value.

I thought, it was related to some "mystic" code (udev, lpd, other 
application ...) which disabled the interrupt.
Will check this soon.
