This is just a followup to my note from this afternoon (which
for some reason hasnt made it to the list yet).

As noted I am running linux-2.6.31.4 with the 9 patches from
this list on 16Sep2009.

It was important to get the timepps.h and the pps.h where they
could be seen, and to recompile all the user programs, but
with that said, ntp with the ONCORE driver is running with
an offset of on the order of 1us, which is as good as it gets
without using the newer glibc, etc., etc.

There is the point that I previously mentioned, that even with
only CAPTUREASSERT set, both ASSERT and CLEAR events are being
posted, so this is a problem in the kernel code, but other than
complaints from refclock_oncore, this is not affecting the
timekeeping.
