I do not understand the kernel code for getnstimeofday, but from
your printout, there is no way that the calculation can be correct.

There is no way that the nanoseconds in your printout can all be
zero, while the microseconds slowly change.

I should probably try the same code with a different clock, but
Im in the middle of something at the moment and don't have the time.
