[LinuxPPS] Which version to use?

I am trying to port the Linux PPS onto a custom board that has the
latest 2.6.33 kernel on it. I have a PPS from a GPS receiver hooked up
to an interrupt line and I already wrote the client driver (based on the
older 2.6.28 patch).

What is the official "stable" release? It seems that the code is under
heavy development at this time.

From the mailing list and website I have these choices:

     1. ntp-pps-2.6.31-rc1 "official" patch

     2. ntp-pps-v2.6.32-rc8.diff "test" patch

     3. linuxpps git (which I am assuming matches the 2.6.32-rc8)

     4. A merged patch that has both Rodolfo's and Alexander's patches

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jeff
