Any (waybackmachine) backups placed on the new wiki would be a start.

Can you please adapt Lukas' "pps-gpio: implement echo pulses" patch so 
it can be submitted?

Please consider the case when we want to send pulses independently from 
PPS as this may leave us with lower latencies, offsets, etc.
Functionality on x86_64 would be nice. (lpt?)
